Sound Through the Chakras with Gina!
Travel through the seven chakras! 10/30
Service Description
Travel through the seven chakras as a framework for cultivating body awareness, emotional insight, and nervous system regulation. Through guided somatic experiences and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, you'll explore each energy center as an invitation to notice, feel, and reconnect with yourself. Rather than focusing on doing or achieving, this one-hour experience invites you to gently notice what is happening within your body. As each chakra is explored, you'll be guided to bring mindful awareness to the physical sensations and inner landscape associated with that center while allowing the sounds to support you. Whether you're new to chakras or have explored them for years, this experience offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling more grounded, balanced, and renewed. Where: The Peacock House 722 Orange Ave., Fort Pierce When: Friday, October 30th Time: 5-7pm Cost: $35 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you rest comfortably during the session.
