*We do not provide tents, linens or other party items such as decorations. We do provide tables and chairs. 

Pricing: 

• Full Day Friday Event 6 hours $3,000 (per hour $500)

• Full Day Saturday Event 6 hours $3,400 (per hour $566)

• Full Day Sunday Event 5 hours $3,600 (per hour $720)

• Daytime Event Sunday 3 hours $1,800 (per hour $600)

• Full Day Monday-Thursday Event 4 hours $2,100 (per hour $525)

• Daytime Events Monday-Thursday 3 hours $1,200 (per hour $400)

Additional Surcharges:

• • • Florida 4% Rental Tax 

    • Alcohol Beverage Permit (TBD)

    • Minimum special event general liability insurance  (Non-Refundable, Price TBD upon request)

    • Refundable deposit upon clean-up inspection $200.00

    • *Premium dates for added fee, Event Facilitator can help you with identifying these dates. Earlier set up can be discussed for an added fee.

 

Rules:

1. No music past 10pm

2. Events with more than 50 guests will require security guards

3. No pets on premises 

4. All vendors must be licensed and insured through the State of Florida. We must receive those certificates of proof of insurance one month prior to your event.
