NON-WEDDING EVENTS

Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, anniversary, retirement celebration, or family gathering, TPHAF offers a stunning and versatile setting that transforms any occasion into something truly memorable. A hidden gem in Fort Pierce, The Peacock House delivers timeless charm and unforgettable experiences at surprisingly affordable prices.

Outdoor gardens and indoor units are available À la carte. Pricing below is for up to 100 guests, with a maximum booking of 6 hours. If you plan to have more than 100 people, or need more than 6 hours for your event, please call us to discuss options. Additional amenities listed as "available upon request" may have associated fees.

Pricing: 

  • Monday - Thursday (before 6pm): $400 per hour

  • Monday - Thursday (after 6pm): $525 per hour

  • Friday Event (before 6pm): $500 per hour

  • Friday Event (after 6pm): $600 per hour

​​

  • Saturday (before 6pm): $550 per hour

  • Saturday (after 6pm): $600 per hour

​

  • Sunday (before 6pm): $600 per hour

  • Sunday (after 6pm): $720 per hour

​

Amenities Include:

  • Beautiful vistas of our 4 curated gardens, wild peacocks, and stunning statues

  • 2 Parking Lots + Actional Street Parking (Overflow parking available upon request)

  • Night-Time Lighting 

  • Outdoor speaker system with bluetooth capabilities to connect to your desired playlist 

  • Access to 2 Bathrooms (with a 3rd bathroom available upon request)

  • Access to our Gazebo

  • Storage Room (available upon request)

  • Limited Seating (Additional chairs/tables available upon request)

  • Venue Coordinator

*We do not provide tents, linens, or other party items such as decorations or dishware.

Additional Surcharges:

  • Refundable deposit upon clean-up and inspection $200.00

  • Florida Requires a 4% Rental Tax 

  • Alcohol Beverage Permit (TBD)

  • Non-refundable general liability insurance  (Price TBD upon request)

  • *Premium dates for added fee, Event Facilitator can help you with identifying these dates. Earlier set up can be discussed for an added fee.

Rules:

  1. No music past 10pm (per local ordinance)

  2. Non-refundable general liability insurance is required

  3. Events with more than 50 guests will require security guards

  4. No pets on premises 

  5. All vendors must be licensed and insured through the State of Florida. We must receive those certificates of proof of insurance one month prior to your event.
