The Peacock House Art Foundation is seeking artists and makers to lead art workshops. If you have a creative skill you'd love to share, then we'd love to hear from you! Requirements

Experience: Demonstrated expertise in your medium and ability to teach students of varying skill levels.

Class Structure: Clear, step-by-step instruction with time for hands-on learning.

Professionalism: Arrive on time, prepared with lesson plan and supply list.

Engagement: Encourage creativity and provide constructive feedback.

W9 Tax Form: A completed W9 must be submitted to TPHAF for timely payment. DOWNLOAD W9 FORM HERE!
Workshop Logistics

Scheduling: Workshops are typically 2 hours unless otherwise arranged.

Suggested Dates/Times: Monday, Wednesdays, or Fridays from 5pm - 7pm, are the typical open availabilities. If you would like to schedule a class outside of these times/days, please contact us directly at 772-409-4599. Ext 3

Setup/Breakdown: Arrive 30 minutes early for setup; allow time for clean-up afterward.

Capacity: Most classes accommodate 10–20 students depending on medium.
Supplies

Foundation can provide basic materials upon request.

Instructor should expect to provide any specialized tools or media if needed.

Supply lists must be submitted at least 2 weeks before class.
Compensation Agreement

Instructor Profit (AFTER supply cost): 40% of individual ticket price.

TPHAF Profit (AFTER supply cost): 60% of individual ticket price.

Payment: Issued 15 - 30 business days after completion of the workshop.

Agreement: Instructors must submit a signed agreement form, attached.

Promotion & Marketing
