Service Description

Participants will explore the ancient practice of creating mandalas — circular designs that represent wholeness and balance — as a tool for relaxation, self-expression, and inner focus. Guided through simple meditative breathing and step-by-step drawing techniques, you’ll learn how repetitive patterns and intuitive design can quiet the mind and spark creativity. No artistic experience is needed; just bring curiosity and a willingness to slow down. By the end of the session, you’ll have a unique, hand-crafted mandala and a grounding practice you can return to whenever you need peace and clarity. Instructor Jayeesha Dutta Jayeesha Dutta is a Bangladeshi-American multidisciplinary artist, cultural organizer, and facilitator whose work bridges storytelling, healing, and social change. A co-founding member of Another Gulf Is Possible Collaborative and Program Director at Windcall Institute, Jayeesha creates spaces for reflection, creativity, and collective care. Her practices integrate art and mindfulness to help individuals and communities to find transformation and restoration. When: Tuesday, November 4th Time: 5-7pm Where: The Peacock House, 722 Orange Ave., Fort Pierce Cost: $35pp
